WE OFFER A RETURNS POLICY FOR ALL UK AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

FREE UK RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it unworn within 14 days for FREE. We will refund goods sent back in the same condition as delivered to you. We will not refund soiled, marked, or worn garments.

Your returned item/s will be processed within 14 days of receipt at our office. Please note that refunds can take up to an additional 5-10 days to reflect back on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider's processing times. Additionally, please be reminded that the original delivery charge is not refundable unless the garment was faulty.

Please follow the process below to return your item/s:

  1. Complete and tear off the returns form enclosed in your parcel.
  2. Pack item/s in the original box, or similar, to ensure they reach us safely. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  3. Affix the enclosed FREE Royal Mail postage label to the parcel.
  4. Drop off at any post office or book for a parcel collect with Royal Mail for an additional fee through this link here.
  5. Please keep a copy of your tracking number and ensure that the return label gets scanned to track it. We are not liable for any lost or stolen unscanned parcels.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Should you wish to exhcnage your order for another size or style, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order online.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it unworn within 28 days. We will refund goods sent back in the same condition as delivered to you. We will not refund soiled, marked, or worn garments.

  3. You will need to include a detailed invoice clearly stating that the item/s are "returning to the country of origin" and therefore not subject to import tax and duties. Enclosed in your parcel is a pro forma/commercial invoice to use for this. We cannot be held liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping and any costs that we incur will be deducted from the amount due for a refund.
  4. Parcel are returned at your own cost. Return the parcel to the following address:

  5. Take the parcel to your nearest post office or a reputable courier company to arrange delivery. Ensure to inform them that you are returning an item to avoid import duties and taxes.
  6. Please arrange adequate insurance such as obtaining a proof of posting when sending your parcel as we are not responsible for goods lost whilst in transit.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Should you wish to exhcnage your order for another size or style, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order online.

FAULTY ITEMS:

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days for a full refund, replacement for the same item/s or repair.  Faulty items that have been worn and/ or returned outside of 14 days and up to 45 days will be replaced with the same item/s if in stock, or repaired if not in stock.

WHERE DO I ENTER MY PROMO CODE?

Once you have placed your order please click on the ‘Shopping Cart’ Icon in the upper right corner of the page and select ‘View Basket’. Scroll down to the ‘Redeem Voucher’ box on the right hand side of the page and enter your code.

Please note unless otherwise expressly stated in the terms and conditions for a particular promotional code, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order is placed, or to an existing order that is completed.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

  1. You can shop at The Shirt Company without creating an account by using our Guest Checkout.  When using our Guest Checkout you don't need to create a password and no personal details will be saved - for example your address and order history on our website.

PRE ORDER CONDITIONS

We offer our customers the exclusive opportunity to purchase our styles before they arrive in the U.K. Please note once purchased via our ‘Pre Order’ option your payment is processed and your shirt is allocated to you exclusively and under no circumstances are your allocated items made available for purchase to other customers. If you have purchased your items on ‘Pre Order’ please allow for a period of 4 to 8 weeks for your item to arrive. Please read our delivery conditions regarding late or delayed delivery. 

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

  • Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

  • We are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

  • Once your item has been dispatched we are unable to recall your parcel and make amendments. 

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

MY SHIRT HASN’T ARRIVED YET, WHERE’S MY ORDER?

Please check the product page of the shirt as there may be a ‘Pre Order’ notification in red text to inform you of the delivery delay. 

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure your parcel is delivered to you safe and sound however there can be unexpected delays with Royal Mail, and for our international customers there may be customs processing delays beyond our control. Please follow the steps below if you are checking on your order and believe it may be lost: 

1. Check your shipping address under My Orders 

2. Contact or go to the local post office in your area. State your name and address. In some cases the post office will need you to collect the parcel with photo ID. 

We try our very best to help you if you think your parcel is lost. Please ensure you read all of our delivery terms and conditions.
